Meet the Team

Welcome to Our Educational Partnership

Welcome, families! I’m glad you’re here.

I have served as a Superintendent of Schools and educational leader, worked collaboratively with numerous school districts, and supported individuals from early childhood through adulthood. I have also worked with students who require individualized support, students preparing for high-stakes examinations and certifications, neurodivergent learners, individuals developing executive functioning and soft skills, and families navigating complex educational decisions. As part of my experiences working with many diverse populations,

Throughout more than 30 years in education, I have had the opportunity to work with students, families, educators, school districts, nonprofit organizations, and community programs in a wide range of settings. My experience includes educational leadership, school administration, special education, early childhood and school-age services, transition planning, professional development, educational advocacy, and organizational and financial management.I wanted to create a model for family partnerships that are based on targeted goals and success.

My goal is to provide families with a resource that is practical, individualized, inclusive, and focused on solutions. Whether you are looking for academic support, testing preparation, executive functioning development, educational advocacy, homeschooling guidance, professional consultation, or assistance planning for the next stage of life, this site is designed to help you find a path forward

I view parents and students as partners in the process—not spectators. Every student has different strengths, challenges, interests, and future aspirations. Successful planning should reflect those individual differences while providing realistic strategies and measurable goals.

My approach is simple: find the goal, identify the barriers, and build a plan to move forward.

That may mean strengthening reading comprehension, developing executive functioning skills, preparing for an AP, GED, or certification examination, improving college and career readiness, developing workplace skills, supporting a transition to adulthood, navigating educational services, or helping a family understand the options available to them.

We solve problems and reassuure faimiles our work has a geniune authentic approach for each student.
